From Jessica R,
Waited over an hr passed appointment time, had to leave for another appointment and they still charged $212. I had several appointments with Dr Loftus concerning spinal fusion. He seemed knowledgeable, detailed, and I was very satisfied with his service BUT my last visit was horrible! I waited over an hr passed my appointment time and was finally shoved in a room so I would stop complaining. The PA comes in for two min, makes it obvious from her questions she never read my chart, and then Im left in the room for 10 more min. Dr Loftus comes in 2 mins before I had to leave to make another appointment and basically just wanted to reschedule. This 120 seconds he spent with me in the office managers mind constitutes them charging $212 after wasting my time. There are plenty of Dr's out there and Dr Loftus is not worth the wait (Posted September 2015 via Yelp)
